Crimson Grass
Grass type: Annual (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This small, emerald grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The slender, pointed stalks grow in extensive patches that are robust and they overwhelm an area rapidly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, blood red tuft.
During the late autumn, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of large grains.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
All parts of the shrub are edible.
