Ambergrass

This short, orange-yellow grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in sparse patches that are delicate and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, amber flower.

During the mid-summer, it produces a fair amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of small grains.
