Bluevine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This small bine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 8 feet (2.4 meters) and growing as high as 136 feet (41.5 meters).

It takes 2 months for the gray stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are flat and wavy.

The circular, sticky leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are a shade of blue or deep blue that gradient shifts to bronze at the top, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the bine produces large amounts of average brown flowers.
