Copper Vine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This huge bine is a slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 1,253 feet (381.9 meters) and growing as high as 627 feet (191.1 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 37 years for the copper stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 2.6 feet (79 cm) and are rough and woody.

The wide, smooth leaves reach up to 2.6 feet (79 cm) in length. They are purple on the edges and beige at the center, and have smooth edges.

It is suitable for use as a construction material
It is almost impossible to grow indoors.
