Amber Vine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This big bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 285 feet (86.9 meters) and growing as high as 47 feet (14.3 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 13 months for the amber stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 1.0 foot (30 cm) and are smooth and slick.

The sickle shaped, waxy leaves reach up to 1.7 feet (51 cm) in length. They are caramel with brown tips, and have wavy edges.

It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It is possible to grow it from cuttings.
It coexists peacefully with other plants.
The leaves are bland but very healthy.
