Silvervine

This large flower grows up to 3.9 feet (1.2 meters) tall. Its emerald stem is thin and splits into 9 branching stems halfway up, and the tiny, copper leaves are pleated with ripped edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the stem.

A single small flower sits at the end of each stem. The flowers are 17 cm (6.7 inches) wide, with each petal a slightly different shade of silver. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 47 curved petals. They detach easily.

It has a mildly strong scent that smells like skunk spray, and it has an average amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator, but is also visited by a variety of insects.
