Colorburst Creeper

This small creeper is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 5 feet (1.5 meters) and growing as high as 969 feet (295.4 meters).

It takes 2 months for the gray-green stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are smooth and waxy.

The spear shaped, smooth leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are bright purple on the edges and vivid orange at the center, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces hundreds of small slate flowers.
