Blue Vine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This average-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 33 feet (10.1 meters)0.

It takes 4 years for the florescent blue or green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 2 inches (5 cm) and are soft and flexible.

The finger-like, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 11 inches (28 cm) in length. They are found in violet and green varieties, and have tattered edges.

During late spring, the vine produces a handful of average sky blue flowers.


The sap is edible and slightly sweet.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
