Caramel

This modest-sized bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 45 feet (13.7 meters) and growing as high as 274 feet (83.5 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 15 months for the caramel stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 3 inches (8 cm) and are smooth and waxy.

The wide, clammy leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are blue on the edges and light grey at the center, and have tattered edges.
