Climbing Embervine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This short bine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 13 feet (4.0 meters) and growing as high as 104 feet (31.7 meters).

It takes 4 months for the orange stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are smooth and waxy.

The sickle shaped, rough leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are green on the sides and indigo at the center, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the bine produces handfuls of small dark grey flowers, and during the mid-autumn, after flowering, it produces excessive amounts of very large fruits.

It is suitable for making paper
It can grow in even the most barren lands.
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
