Brown Puff Grass

This huge, light green and light brown grass grows up to 10 feet (3.0 meters) tall. The very narrow and elongated stalks grow in thin clumps that are prone to bending and snapping under stress.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, brown puff.

During the mid-autumn, it produces copious amounts of pollen; it can can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a few small grains.
