Bronzeberry
Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)This colossal cactus grows up to 172 feet (52.4 meters) tall. It splits partway up the body to form 5 spear shaped stems. Each stem is bronze, and is dotted with small caramel spines.
It is steady-growing, taking 3 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with subtle blue petals on the lower layer and cyan petals decorated with amber dots on the inner layer. The central disk is pastel yellow, grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is shaped like a cup made up of 9 widely spaced, narrow petals. It has a fairly strong scent that smells like vanilla.
The cactus's skin is thin, the crimson flesh is waxy, and the copper sap is thin.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
It is very rare outside of a particular area.
