Coppergrass
Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in its leaves)This small, caramel and copper grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in sparse patches that are flimsy and they are exceptionally hardy.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, vibrant orange tail.
During the early summer, it produces very little pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of medium-sized grains.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
