Coppervine

This small bine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 14 feet (4.3 meters) and growing as high as 32 feet (9.8 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 2 months for the silver stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are smooth and fuzzy.

The 5 pointed, smooth leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are vivid red and lime, and have ripped edges.

During late spring, the bine produces clusters of average copper flowers, and during the late autumn, after flowering, it produces plenty of small berries.
