Bluegrass

This short, emerald grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The perforated stalks grow in small clumps that are strong and tough and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, ashy blue tail.

During the early autumn, it produces a fair amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of small grains.
