Bronzegrass

Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)

This giant, bronze and dark grey grass grows up to 39 feet (11.9 meters) tall. The very thin stalks grow in thick clumps that are flexible.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, blood red flower.

During the early summer, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a few tiny grains.

It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It is almost impossible to grow from cuttings.
