Emerald

This lime green moss is commonly found blanketing tiny areas In damp forests.
It is small, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they are slow to spread and grow, and is very frail.
When mature, emerald spiral capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release hundred of spores.
