Blazegrass
Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in its leaves)This average-sized, orange grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The wide stalks grow in extensive patches that are delicate.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, orange tuft.
During the early autumn, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of medium-sized grains.
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
