Climbing Peach Vine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This short vine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 21 feet (6.4 meters) and growing as high as 176 feet (53.6 meters).

It takes 5 months for the brown or brown stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are hard and brittle.

The spear shaped, waxy leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are found in peach and lime varieties, and have rounded edges.

During late spring, the vine produces several average orange flowers, and during the early autumn, after flowering, it produces copious amounts of large berries.

It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
It is said to be able to live for hundreds of years.
Several parts of the fruit tree have medicinal properties.
It only grows on the most fertile lands.
