Caramel Puff Grass

Grass type: Biennial (Grows the first year, flowers the second year, then dies)

This short, moss green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The asymmetrical stalks grow in large clumps that are delicate and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, caramel puff.

During the early summer, it produces a fair amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of tiny grains.

It is suitable for making strong rope
It is said to be able to live for hundreds of years.
