Aquamarine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This average-sized bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 27 feet (8.2 meters) and growing as high as 237 feet (72.2 meters).

It takes 3 years for the green stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 3 inches (8 cm) and are rough and prickly.

The long, narrow, sticky leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are either aquamarine or lilac, with black streaks, and have tattered edges.

During late spring, the bine produces many large copper flowers.
