Serpentine Cactus

This colossal cactus grows up to 130 feet (39.6 meters) tall. It splits at the base to form 5 sickle shaped stems. Each stem is pink-red, and is dotted with small lime spines. The wedge-shaped body is light brown and caramel, and is covered in handfuls of flexible cream spines.

It is quick growing, taking 4 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, several flowers with each petal a slightly different shade of muted yellow grow at the top, reappearing after 5 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is shaped like a cube made up of handfuls of raised, round-tipped petals. It has no scent.

The cactus's skin is tough, the sky blue flesh is leathery, and the light grey sap is thin.
