Creamgrass

Grass type: Annual (Sheds its leaves in winter)

This massive, cream and grey grass grows up to 18 feet (5.5 meters) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in sparse patches that are resistant.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, blue spikelet.

During the late summer, it produces a fair amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of tiny grains.

It grows well in the sun and full shade.
