Graywind Grass

This short, gray grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in extensive patches that are flimsy and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, deep orange puff.

During the late summer, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of medium-sized grains.
