Caramelgrass

This average-sized, orange grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in sparse patches that are strong and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, caramel tuft.

During the mid-summer, it produces copious amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a few giant grains.
