Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)

This average-sized cactus grows up to 59 feet (18.0 meters) tall. It splits at the base to form 3 fan-like stems. Each stem is gray-green, and is covered in brittle gold spines. The wedge-shaped body is gray, and is covered in hundreds of flexible bronze spines.

It is steady-growing, taking 2 years to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a handful of flowers, with yellow petals and a yellow center, grow at the top, reappearing after 5 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is shaped like a bowl with 14 raised, round-tipped petals. It has a scent that varies in strength that smells like pepper.

The cactus's skin is thin, the copper flesh is soft, and the orange sap is thin and causes upset stomachs if consumed.

It usually houses a colony of beneficial insects.
The leaves are bland but very healthy.
