Coppergrass

This large, copper or turquoise grass grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in small clumps that are sturdy and flexible and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, washed-out green tail.

During the early winter, it produces a fair amount of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of tiny grains.
