Blacktwig

This massive shrub grows up to 10 feet (3.0 meters) tall and lives for around 86 years. It is very resistant to destructive insect infestation but susceptible to disease.

It has dozens of stocky, straight stems covered in thick, rough, black with white speckled bark, and the wood inside is black with white speckles.

The branches are very long and thick with thousands of twigs that and are covered with large amounts of miniature, long, tapering, leaves with wavy edges. The leaves themselves are found in beige and blue varieties, light and smooth.

In late summer it produces hundreds of medium-sized, olive flowers with spear shaped petals. They fall easily and have an overpowering scent that smells like a damp log.
