Crimson Grass

This enormous, pink-red grass grows up to 17 feet (5.2 meters) tall. The slender, pointed stalks grow in large clumps that are resilient and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, bright purple puff.

During the early autumn, it produces very little pollen, but can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of giant grains.
