Bluevine

This short creeper is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 7 feet (2.1 meters)0.

It takes 4 months for the gray-green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are rough and fibrous.

The crescent-shaped, clammy leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are either drab blue, or brown with sky blue patches, and have ripped edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces a thick sheet of giant washed-out red flowers, and during the mid-autumn, after flowering, it produces lots of very large berries.
