Brownbell

This small shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 147 years old. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has many very thick, wavy stems covered in very thick, waxy, light brown bark, and the wood inside is gray.

The branches are short, rigid and upright that and are covered with handfuls of miniature, perforated, leaves with rounded edges. The leaves themselves are green with brown tips, frail and crispy.

It produces lots of tiny, azure flowers with broad, flat petals with a bell-shaped floral cup. They are hardy and have a faint scent that smells like meat. In late autumn it forms giantred, winged seeds that spin and fall nearby.
