Bronze

Succulent type: Caudiciform (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)

This big caudiciform grows up to 13 feet (4.0 meters) tall. The thin stem is moss green, and is covered in handfuls of rigid bronze spines. The crooked, blood red trunk can grow to as much as 13 feet (4.0 meters) in diameter in the middle. Its green and dark grey branches trail down to the ground and start growing halfway up the stem.

The small amounts of tattered-edged, 3 pointed leaves are solid brown with black dots. They are delicate, and take little effort to detach.

It is steady-growing, taking 6 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with petals that are generally muted yellow; each flower tends to be a variation of this colour grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 30 petals. It has a delicate scent that smells like skunk spray.

The caudiciform's skin is thin, the magenta flesh is smooth, and the olive sap is thin.

It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
