Silver Moss

This silver moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In rainforests, and On rotten logs.
It is large, growing up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps, and is overwhelmingly rigid; it struggles more than most during dry spells.
When mature, emerald kidney-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release millions of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.

It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
The stems are covered in large spikes.
It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
