Azure Tailgrass
Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its stem)This huge, gray-green grass grows up to 30 feet (9.1 meters) tall. The slender, pointed stalks grow in large clumps that are rigid.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, azure tail.
During the early summer, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of medium-sized grains.
The stems are covered in large spikes.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
