Emerald

This moss green moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In bogs, and In damp forests.
It is short, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they are slow to spread and grow, and is overwhelmingly light; it burns easily in strong sunlight.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release thousands of spores.
