Caramel Grass

This short, caramel grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The slender, pointed stalks grow in extensive patches that are durable and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, green tuft.

During the early winter, it produces a fair amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of small grains.
