Copperbell

This colossal caudiciform grows up to 119 feet (36.3 meters) tall. The needle-like stem is copper, and is dotted with small red spines. It has a straight, stocky, beige trunk atop a very thick ball of wrinkled, exposed roots. The branches are bulbous and white and are long and thin.

The toothed-edged, asymmetrical leaves are solid intense red or lime, with gold dots. They are flimsy, and are very difficult to pull away.

It is steady-growing, taking 13 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a handful of flowers, with petals that are yellow on the underside and purple on the top, grow at the top, reappearing after 2 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 60 petals. It has a scent that varies in strength that smells like bleach.

The caudiciform's skin is thin, the amber flesh is smooth, and the green sap is thin.
