Caramel

This short flower grows up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. Its slate stem is thin, and the small, amber leaves are finger-like with smooth edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

Dozens of medium-sized flowers grow in a bunch at the end of the stem. The flowers are 2 cm (0.8 inches) wide, with petals that are azure in the center, blood red in the middle and caramel at the edges. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 10 curved petals. They are hardy.

It has a fairly strong scent that smells like petrol, and it has very little pollen. It is pollinated by a small species of bird, but is also particularly attractive to bees.
