Amber vine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This small vine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 12 feet (3.7 meters) and growing as high as 114 feet (34.7 meters).

It takes 4 months for the orange-yellow stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are thick and twisted.

The asymmetrical, smooth leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are solid amber or olive, with lilac edges, and have toothed edges.

During late spring, the vine produces many clusters of small amber flowers.

It is suitable for use as a construction material
The stems are covered in large spikes.
It has impressive regenerative properties.
