Copper Creeper
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This small creeper is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 15 feet (4.6 meters)0. It prefers to grow on man-made objects.
It takes 11 months for the copper stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are smooth and woody.
The wide, smooth leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are solid slate with florescent blue lines, and have rounded edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces copious amounts of small lilac flowers, and during the late autumn, after flowering, it produces lots of large berries.
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
