Sunset Creeper

This short creeper is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 13 feet (4.0 meters)0.

It takes 4 months for the yellow stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are rough and prickly.

The wispy, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are found in lime and violet varieties, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces thick bunches of tiny dull orange flowers, and during the late autumn, after flowering, it produces a handful of large seed pods.
