Coppervine

This huge vine is a slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 2,067 feet (630.0 meters) and growing as high as 517 feet (157.6 meters).

It takes 33 years for the copper stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 3.3 feet (99 cm) and are soft and flexible.

The perforated, soft leaves reach up to 1.4 feet (43 cm) in length. They are either brown, or magenta with azure splotches, and have irregular edges.
