Burgundy Emerald Moss

This burgundy moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In rainy mountain ranges, In rainforests, and In marshes.
It is small, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches, and is slightly frail.
When mature, emerald kidney-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release dozens of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.

It is suitable for use as a construction material
The leaves are very toxic, and very spicy.
It can flourish even in standing water.
