Clinging Tuftgrass
Grass type: Annual (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This small, brown or olive grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The thick stalks grow in large clumps that are strong.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, ashy orange tuft.
During the early autumn, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of medium-sized grains.
It is suitable for making strong rope
