Emerald Marsh Moss

This lime green moss is commonly found blanketing giant areas In marshes, and In moorlands.
It is big, growing up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they spread and grow quickly, and is extremely flexible.
When mature, emerald circular capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release millions of spores.
