Cliffgrass

This short, orange-yellow and dark brown grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in thick clumps that are strong and tough and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, azure puff.

During the early autumn, it produces an average amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of small grains.
