Burgundy Giant Moss

This burgundy moss is commonly found blanketing giant areas In damp forests, and In rainforests.
It is enormous, growing up to 1.3 feet (38 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they spread and grow quickly, and is slightly rigid.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release millions of spores.
