Crimson Clinger

This average-sized flower grows up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. Its green stems grow in bunches of 7 and are thick and straight, and the huge, silver leaves are circular with smooth edges. The leaves alternate on the stem.

4 to 8 medium-sized flowers grow on alternate sides up the length of the stem. The flowers are 47 cm (18.5 inches) wide, with solid crimson petals decorated with copper lines and a gold central disk. The flower head is made up of 11 petals in raised layers. They detach easily.

It has an intensely strong scent that smells like mint, and it has an average amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions. It is pollinated by the wind.
