Clinging Emerald Grass
Grass type: Biennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This small, emerald grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in thick clumps that are resilient and they overwhelm an area rapidly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, black tuft.
During the early autumn, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of tiny grains.
It out-competes most other plants for nutrients and light.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
