Clinging Puffgrass

This short, cream or caramel grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The sickle shaped stalks grow in thin clumps that are resilient and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, black puff.

During the mid-autumn, it produces a modest amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of small grains.
